摘要 单张纸印刷机递纸机构的性能对整机的套准精度有着重要的影响,为了改善高速递纸机构的动态特性,以五槽槽轮三拨销驱动的间歇旋转式递纸机构为例,采用离散化等效模型建立了该递纸机构的动力学模型,在此基础上用拉格朗日方程建立了系统的动力学运动方程。用Runge-kutta法对方程进行了求解,得到了间歇旋转式递纸机构动力学速度曲线和位移曲线。分析表明,弹性和构件间的间隙是影响递纸机构动态特性的主要因素。 The property of the sheet-fed transfer on the printing press has an important effect on the precision of the whole machine. In order to improve the dynamic characteristic of the sheet transfer mechanism, the dynamics model of the intermittent rotary sheet transfer mechanism of the offset press is established by using the discretionization equivalence model, which is carried on this kind of sheet transfer mechanism by using the intermittent rotary sheet transfer mechanism driven by pulley with 5 grooves and 3 groove pins as example. Then, a dynamics motion equation of the system is established, based on the Lagrange' s equation, which is solved by the Runge-Kutta Method. The dynamic speed curve and displacement curve of the intermittent rotary sheet transfer mechanism are obtained. The analysis indicates that the main factors, which influence the dynamic property of the sheet transfer mechanism, are the flexibility of the components and the clearance among the components.
