摘要
RNA研究的新成果不断出现和有关RNA操作新技术的应用是进入21世纪以来分子生物学研究的重要突破之一。依据国内外的大量最新资料,主要述评RNA研究中所揭示的新理念、反义RNA技术应用进展、RNA干扰等新突破和新技术的研究进展,包括植物、动物、医学等各个领域的内容。
Entering the new century, emergence of outcomes from RNA research and applications of RNA technology are important breakthroughs in the molecule research of biology. Based on the latest data from home and abroad, the article aims at introducing the latest breakthroughs and progress on new research ideas of RNA, progression in antisense-technology application and RNA interference in many fields such as botany, zoology and medicine, etc.
