环氧化酶2在肾癌组织中表达及与血管生成的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)在肾癌组织中表达的意义及其与血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测34例肾癌组织和癌周正常肾组织中COX-2的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果COX-2在肾癌组织中表达的阳性率为76.47%,癌周正常肾组织中表达的阳性率为13.33%,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COX-2的异常表达与肾癌的病理分级及临床分期之间的差异无统计学意义。COX-2表达阳性组的MVD高于COX-2表达阴性组,两者之间有显著相关性(r=0.75,P<0.01)。结论COX-2的异常表达可能与肾肿瘤的发生有关,可为肾肿瘤的治疗和预防开辟新的途径。 Objective: To study the significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression and its association with angiogenesis in renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect COX-2 expression and mcirovessel density ( MVD ) in 34 cases of renal ceil carcinonma and 15 peritumor normal tissues . Results : The positive expression rate of COX-2 was 76.47% in renal ceil carcinoma and 13.33% in peritumor normal tissues ( P 〈 0.01 ). No association between COX-2 expression and both pathological grades and clinical stages was found ( P 〉0.05 ). The MVD in COX-2 positive tumors was significantly higher than that in COX-2 negative tumors ( P 〈0.01), and there is a strong association between COX-2 expression and blVD ( r =0.75, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Aberrant COX-2 expression may play an important role in the occurrence of renal ceil carcinoma.
