Expression of human papilloma virus 16 and 18 E6 detected by Western blot analysis in liquid-based cervical cells
摘要
采用免疫印迹方法检测宫颈鳞癌30例、腺癌8例、宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）52例和16例正常宫颈液基细胞中HPV16、18 E6表达.结果表明,宫颈液基细胞中HPV16、18 E6癌基因的过度表达与子宫颈癌及CINⅡ～Ⅲ密切相关,为阐明子宫颈癌病因和发病机制以及预测CIN进一步发展的可能性提供了理论依据.
