摘要
经研究发现:稀土β-二酮合物、三苯基磷和倍半氯乙基铝三组分复合催化体系对催化丙烯齐聚具有较高的催化活性。其中的主要成分稀土-β-二酮合物中,β-二酮配体的空间位阻和酸性对催化活性有较大影响;位阻小,酸性高有利于齐聚。三苯基磷和倍半氯乙基铝的存在与否和用量多少,也直接关系到此三元催化体系是否具有催化活性以及催化活性的大小.当采用适当的三苯基磷和倍半氯乙基铝用量时,体系的催化活性出现最大值。
By the reseasch we have found that a system composed of rare earth β-diketone complexes ethylaluminium sesquichloride and triphenylphosphine could catalyze the oligomerization of propylene. When diffcrent β-diketone ligands are used the catalyst'activity of this catalytic system is also differcnt. The catalyst' activity of this three-component catalytic system is greatly affected by the relative amounts of pph3 to the rare earth complex and there is a optimum of P/RE. At this optimum P/RE,the catalyst'activity exhibits a peak value.
