摘要
目的:研究应用中药外治法治疗功能性阴茎勃起功能障碍的有效性及安全性。方法:45例轻、中度勃起功能障碍患者,治疗组23例以兴阳酊外搽阴茎,对照组22例予安慰剂治疗。以国际勃起功能指数评分作为判定标准,2周为1疗程。结果:治疗组治愈5例,显效12例,好转4例,无效2例,对照组显效2例;有效6例,无效14例。部分患者有局部皮肤潮红、瘙痒。结论:兴阳酊对治疗功能性勃起功能障碍有较好疗效,且费用低、安全。
Objectives： to examine the efficacy and safety of Xingyang alcohol in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Methods： The International Index of Erectile Function was used to evaluate the effects before and after interference. 23 cases were treated with Xingyang alcohol by exterior therapy over 2 weeks and 22 cases in control group. Results： There was significant difference in Xingyang alcohol group before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and between two groups. During treatment, severe side effects was not observed except mild discomfort of penis skin. Conclusions： Xingyang alcohol is effective and safe for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
