2006年5月26日，国务院批准天津滨海新区为全国综合配套改革实验区，这为天津金融改革创新带来了加快发展的历史机遇。该文介绍了推进天津滨海新区开发开放为天津金融业带来的难得的发展机遇，滨海新区金融创新的目标、原则及重点内容，以及人民银行天津分行在这一过程中应发挥的金融服务、引领作用。

On May 26, 2006, Tianjin Binhai New Area （TBNA）, approved by the State Council, became a pilot zone for national comprehensive supportive reforms, which has brought a historic opportunity for Tianjin to accelerate its financial reforms and innovations. After introducing the hard-won chances for Tianjin＇s financial industry from the development and opening-up of the TBNA, this paper details the aims, principles and main contents of the TBNA＇s financial innovations, and points out that the People＇s Bank of China Tianjin Branch should play a role of financial service and leadership during this process.
