规范外资流入房地产市场的几点思考

摘要 外资参与房地产市场在客观上对促进我国房地产市场发展起到了积极作用.但在我国房地产市场供求矛盾比较突出、法律法规不够键全的背景下,外资持续大规模流入对宏观经济也带来一定的负面影响.外资管理的总体思路应该是“疏”而不是“堵”.要用科学发展观引导和规范外资的投资活动,着重解决法律和监管缺位的问题.使外资服务和服从于我国的经济发展大局。 Foreign capital's participation in China's real estate market, objectively, has played an active rote in market development: however, the constant influx also brings about some negative impact on the macro economy, under the circumstances of striking supplydemand conflict and unsound laws and regulations in the market. The general idea for foreign capital administration should be one of “smoothening” rather than “blocking”. Regulation on foreign Capital's investment should be guided by a scientific outlook on development, focusing on resolving the lack of laws and supervision, so as to make foreign capital serve and comply with the overall situation of China's economic development.
