统计表明亚洲最大的直接投资者仍是亚洲本身．亚洲区内投资贸易的繁荣使亚洲的增长日益依赖区内经济整合。中国与亚洲其他地区在吸收外资上既有竞争，也有互补．其协同效应将与日惧增。未来更须重视外资的质量，而非数量。为此，建立更为开放和公平的竞争环境比给予个别投资者特投和优惠更加重要。

Statistics show that the biggest direct investor in Asia remains Asia itself, in which investment from Asia coupled with its commercial prosperity makes Asia n economic growth increasingly dependent on regional integration. China and other Asian countries ere both competitive and complementary in absorbing foreign investment with increasing synergies. In the future, more importance should be attached to the quality rather than quantity of foreign investment. Therefore, it is more significant to build an open and fair competition environment than to merely offer privileges to individual investors.
