摘要
教师职业枯竭问题是当前教育界和心理健康界共同关注的一个热点问题。本文以高校教师为视角,分析了教师职业枯竭的现状及其主要特征,探讨了在社会全方位转型和高校体制改革深化过程中诱发教师职业枯竭的压力源,并从个体抗衡能力、专业期望、组织环境、报酬待遇、社会支持体系等方面提出了调适方案。
Teachers' job burnout is a hot spot to which the current educational and the psychologically healthy pay circles attention. By taking the academicians as the angle of view, the present situation and the main characteristics of the teachers' job burnout are analyzed, and the pressure sources of the teachers' job burnout, which is induced by society's omni-directional reform of the university organization, are also discussed. The adjustable suggestion is brought forward from the individual resistible ability, the specialized expectation, the organization environment, reward treatment, the social support system and so on.
