聚砜酰胺超滤膜形成过程的热力学研究

摘要 本文以聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺树脂(PSA)为膜材料,用浊点滴定法测定了含不同有机添加剂PSA-DMAc(二甲基乙酰胺)或PSA-NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)铸膜液体系浊点,从而得到了这些添加剂致浊能力大小的比较。用气相色谱法研究了有机添加剂与聚砜酰胺之间作用的混合热和混合自由焓。在此基础上配制了一系列铸膜液并刮膜,测定了膜的纯水透量及对牛血清蛋白的截留率,得出了混合热、混合自由焓与膜性能的相关性,其结果与浊点法公式的规律一致。 The turbidity point values of the casting solution formulated with different organic additives, polysulfoneamide (PSA) dimethylacelamide (DMAc) or PSA N methylpyrrol (NMP) were determined. Thus, the comparison of ability leading to turbidity can be done. The mixing heat and mixing free enthalpy of action between organic additives and PSA were studied by gas chromatography method. With the membrane prepared according to above researches, the flux of pure water and the retention rate of bovine serum albumin were determined and the better correlation between mixing heat and mixing free enthalpy and membrane performance was obtained, showing consistency between above results and the regularity of the turbidity point formula.
