摘要
本文用粒子烧结法,制备出平均孔径0.1-0.2μm的管状氧化铝微滤膜,实验研究了烧结温度对膜孔径和孔径分布、孔隙率的影响,以及浸浆时间与膜厚度的关系。结果表明:提高烧结温度,平均孔径和最大孔径减小,孔隙率降低;膜厚度随着浸浆时间的平方根呈线性增加,通过多次覆盖可以有效地减少膜的缺陷。实验采用气体泡压法测定了超滤膜的孔径分布和最大孔尺寸,用重量法测定了膜的孔隙率和厚度,用SEM观察了膜的微观形貌。
Tubular alumina microfiltration membranes of the mean pore sizes from 0.1 μm to 0.2 μm were prepared by solid-state-particles sintering method. The results showed that the thickness of the top layer increased linearly with the square root of the casting time. The mean pore sizes and the porosities decreased, and the pore size distributions became more narrow while increasing the sintering temperature. The defect in the top layer could be repared by subsequent casting procedures using dilute slip.
