摘要
普通话水平测试员考核是普通话水平测试管理工作的重要组成部分。为使考核能真正调动测试员工作的积极性,应建立健全科学的测试员综合考核指标体系。本文对测试员综合考核指标体系的基本框架进行了构建,并提出了具有可操作性的考核方法。
Performance evaluation targeted at PSC examiners is an important aspect of PSC administration and management. It is imperative to establish a sound and reliable PSC examiner evaluation index system in an effort to bring the examiners' enthusiasm and initiative into full play. This paper attempts to construct the basic framework for the index system and suggests some feasible assessment procedures and methods.
