伴随互联网的快速发展,网络对大学生的生活和学习产生了巨大影响,部分大学生产生了网络成瘾。大学生网络成瘾不利于大学生成才,所以,预防和消除大学生网络成瘾具有现实意义。本文对如何界定大学生网络成瘾进行了分析,并且剖析了网络成瘾大学生自我控制行为特点及其防治的对策。
