我国省级政务公开探析

Reflections on the realization of an open government at the provincial level in China

随着我国政务公开的不断推进,乡镇政务公开已逐步走上规范化轨道,县(市)、市(地)级行政机关已全面推行,中央机关也已启动。但处于中间位置的省级政务公开在公开的深度和力度方面都相对滞后,有可能成为制约全国政务公开的瓶颈。因此,文章从省级政务公开的现状调查和问题分析着手,探讨推进省级政府政务公开的对策,以期形成中央、地方各级政府的联动机制,推进透明政府的建设。

With the further advancement of establishing an open government in our country, the government at the township level has been on the right track, the work is under way at the county and city levels and the undertaking of establishing a central government has also set off. However, the project at the provincial level lags behind, which may become the bottleneck of the open government project. Therefore, this paper, on the basis of some in vestigation into the status quo of the provincial government and an analysis of the existing problems, proposes measures for strengthening the project of establishing open provincial governments so as to achieve an integral system of central and local governments.
