Ideas on editing and characteristics of the journals of local universities

从编辑思想及其内涵、刊物特色及其内涵、刊物特色与编辑思想的关系三个方面对地方高校学报进行了比较研究,提出编辑思想决定刊物特色,刊物特色反映编辑思想的观点。认为发挥主编和编委会的作用是提炼编辑思想、彰显刊物特色的关键,并探讨了提高地方高校学报影响力的途径。

The paper features a comparative and contrastive study of the journals of local universities from the perspectives of the relation between the ideas on editing and its connotation, the relation between characteristics of a publication and its intension, and the relation between characteristics of a publication and the ideas on editing. It assumes that ideas on editing determine and are reflected by the characteristics of a publication. The conclusion is drawn that the editor in chief and the editing committee play the key role in abstracting the ideas on editing and singling out the characteristics of a publication. Approaches to increase in the influence of the journals of local universities are also explored.
