It is an important measure for universities to set up quality supervision and guarantee to evaluate teachers＇ classroom teaching. This essay explains the importance of the classroom teaching evaluation, points out its main shortcomings, and then puts forward these suggestions： First, to strengthen publicity and guide so that people may acquire a correct view of the evaluation ; second, to set up a scientific evaluation criterion; third, to innovate on the evaluation model; fourth, to handle properly the feedback; last, to set up an evaluation system for the purpose of development.
