The Design of a Railway Information Service System Based on Short Message Platform

摘要 为适应铁路信息化的需要,提出建立一个基于短信平台的铁路信息服务系统,实现短信查询与短信订票功能。平台采用客户端方式与通信公司的互联网短信网关进行通信,用数据库存储过程实现业务处理。首先提出了系统的网络结构,并较详细地阐述了客户端模块与业务处理模块的开发步骤,其中业务处理模块采用了模糊处理技术,比如汉字分词模糊处理、关键字模糊识别等技术。该系统已在铁路集团某下属公司投入运营,具有一定的社会效益和经济效益。 In order to adapt to the need of the railway reformation, a railway information service system based on short message platform is proposed. The system has the function of short message railway information query and short message railway ticket reserve. The platform communicates with the Internet Short Message Gateway using the client method and the task process is done by the database procedure. The network architecture of the system is first given, then the development of the client end module and the task process module is introduced in detail. In the latter module, fuzzy process technology is adopted. For example the task process module is introduced in Chinese characters segment fuzzy algorithm, key words recognition technique, etc. The system has already put into use in a company of a railway group. The system has a certain social value and economic value.
