摘要
利用热蒸汽吞吐工艺开采稠油是稠油开发的主要形式。采用X射线衍射分析技术,对热采锅炉结垢物进行了晶相分析。结果表明:对流段样品主要矿物是碳酸钙、磁铁矿。辐射1段的组成与对流段相似,含少量的碳酸盐;辐射2段有新矿物生成,如针钠钙石、碱镁闪石和锥辉石。及时检测锅炉炉管结垢物的成分,分析它产生的原因,及时排污、除垢是安全生产的重要保证。
Used the hot cyclic steam injection craft mining thick oil is the thick oil development main form. X ray diffraction analysis technology is used to hotly pick of the boiler scaling ingredient to carry on the crystal to analyze. The study shows that the counter-flow section sample essential mineral is the calcium carbonate, the magnetite. The composition of Radiates 1 section and counter-flow section are similar, contains the few carbonates; Radiates 2 sections have the new mineral production, like pectolite, richterite and acmite. Prompt examination of boiler furnace tube scaling ingredient, to analyze (或analyzing)the canse of scaling inqredient production dumps pollutants to remove dirty stuff promptly are the important guarantees of safety in production.
