摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法,使用PANalyticalMagiXPro顺序型X射线荧光光谱仪测定萤石中的F、Ca、Si、P、S、Fe、K、Na等8个元素,以元素的Kα线为分析线,分析结果的精密度、准确度高,分析速度快。
The XRF method is using PANalytical determinate component element of fluorite such as F, is used. The analytic result is accurate and exact, the MagiX Pro style X-ray fluorescent spectral instrument to Ca, Si, P, S, Fe. The Kα line of all elememts to analyse analytic method is more quickly than the others.
