摘要
用PhilipsMagiXPro型X射线荧光光谱仪的基本参数法测定钢铁中的Al、Si、P、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Co、W、Cu、Ni、Nb、Mo等13种元素。方法准确可靠,稳定性好、速度快。测得曲线涵盖合金牌号手册中常用碳钢、中低合金钢、不锈钢、工具钢等90%以上的牌号。线性范围内实现无标定量分析。
The X-Ray fluorescence (XRF) method for analyzing Al,Si,P,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,CO,W,Cu,Ni,Nb and Mo in the steels with PANalytical MagiX Pro X-ray spectrometer is described. The fundamental parameter method was employed and the calibration curves covered over 90% of the common used steels including carbon steels, low and middle alloy steels, stainless steels and tool steels etc. The XRF results showed that the method was rapid,accurate and reliable..
