摘要
报道用XRF无标定量法测定玻璃材料中Na、K、Ca、Mg、Ba、Sr、Zn、Sb、Si、Al等成分的分析方法,考察了方法的精密度和可行性,分析结果和ICP-原子发射光谱及化学分析法的测定结果基本吻合。
The method for determination of Na,K,Ca,Mg,Ba,Sr,Zn,Sb,Si,Al etc. in glass materials with XRF is reported. The presicion and realibility are tested. The result was consistent with that obtained by chemistry method and AAS,ICP-AES.
