摘要
介绍了一种将电弧等离子体射流和热处理联用制备宏量一维结构AlN的新工艺路线,即首先用电弧等离子体的手段将Al的粗粉末在氮气等离子体的条件下纳米化,接着将这些纳米粒子在氮气氛下于1100℃下加热,制备得到产率约为40%的AlN纳米线,该方法对于AlN纳米线的生产和应用具有价值。
A process for high-productivity synthesis of AIN nanowires was developed. Firstly, Al nanoparticles were prepared by directly injecting rough Al powder' [(20-50) μm in size] into N2 thermal plasma jet, and then the as-prepared nano-particles were heated at 1100℃ in N2 atmosphere for 3 h to partially transform into the AIN nanowires with a yield as high as 40%, which provides a new route for fabricating well quality nanowlres.
