摘要
人才兴国是文廷式变法维新思想中的核心内容之一。他对晚清人才稀乏的原因进行了全面深刻的分析,提出了“达民情、教人才、乃立国之本”的主张,并就如何培养国家急需人才,提出了与时俱进的卓越见解,并为之进行了许多开创性的工作。
Talents making country strong Strategy was the core content of Wen Tingshi＇s reform idea. After analysing the cause of lacking talents in late Qing Dynasty in an all-round way, he put forward his proposal ＂to keep aware of people＇s condition and to foster lots of talents is the foudation of a country＇s development＂. What＇s more, he brought forth some distinguished views on how to foster talents and did some creative work for that.
