试析经营者的安全保障义务

A Trial Analysis of Safety Ensuring Duties of Managers

文章从安全保障义务的概念特点这一角度出发,分析了安全保障义务的性质,通过对性质的说明,提出了安全保障义务的构成要件及其责任范围,并对安全保障义务的完善问题提出了立法建议。

Proceeding from the angle of the conception and feature of safety ensuring duties, this article analysed the nature of safety ensuring duties, then by illustrating the nature put forward the important component and the scope of responsibility of snfety ensuring duties. Finally it proposed the suggestion of econortfic reglslation in view of the problem of perfecting safety ensuring duties.
