Effects of Graft on the Growth and Yield Squash

研究结果表明，嫁接对早春小拱棚西葫芦的营养生长和生殖生长都有明显的促进作用。与不嫁接相比，茎长增加４５．１％，茎粗增加２２．３％，最大功能叶的面积增大４３．４％，叶片数增加１９．７３％，叶绿素含量提高１０．９％，座瓜率提高２０．９４％，平均单瓜重增加２７．ｌ％，前期产量提高５３．９％。经方差分析和ｔ测验，各项指标与对照差异均达到显著或极显著水平。同时使上市期提早６ｄ，前期净增效益５８．８％。

The results showed that graft could promote vegetative and reproductive growth on squash.The length of stem was increased by 45, lper cent,and the thickness of stem was increased by 23.3 per cent. The number of leaf was increased by 19.74 per cent, and the chlorophyll content in the leaf was increased by 10.9 per cent.The fruit -setting rate was raised by 20.9 per cent. The average weight of fruit was increased by27. 1per cent,and the earlier stage yield could be increased by 53. 9 per cent.
