提出了淤泥土在上覆荷载作用下出现的类帕斯卡效应问题。
Similar pascal effect of muck layer enforced load in the surface is put forward.Regularity of variations of stress in muck layer and its effects on engineering structures are studies when similar pascal effect take place.
