关于毕业生召回制度的几点思考

由于学校教育与社会需求脱节,高职毕业生不能满足用人单位的要求,出现了毕业生召回制度。作为高职教育教学改革的尝试,召回制度有其积极意义,但并不能从根本上解决“供需”矛盾。高职教育只有主动适应社会经济的需求,提高教学质量,加强实践技能训练,才能培养出社会满意的“优质产品”。
