摘要
计算了镍离子取代后的钡铁氧体在不同的自旋-轨道耦合作用系数下的 Faraday 偏转角,研究了它与温度及超交换作用能的关系.结果表明,基组态的自旋-轨道耦合和交换作用场对 Faraday 偏转角起主要作用,一般与温度的关系不大。
The paper studies the Faraday rotation on the Ni-BaM in vary spin-orbit coupling. The Faraday rotation contributed by the Ni^(2+)ion is caused mainly by the spin-orbit coupling on the ground and superex-change interaction.Under general conditions,the temperature has no effect on it.
