激素联合丙球治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效观察及护理

Therapeutic effects of therapeutic alliance by hormone and immunoglobulin and nursing care on idiopathic thromabocytopenic purpura

目的 探讨激素联合丙球治疗血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的疗效及护理。方法 收集2004年12月至2006年2月该院收治的血小板减少性紫癜的患儿56例，采用糖皮质激素琥珀酸氢化可的松（HCSS）5mg·kg^-1及丙种球蛋白400mg·kg^-1联合治疗，并采取有效的护理措施：心理护理、病情观察、预防出血和感染等。结果 用药4～5d后，血小板上升的情况：显效42例，良效7例，进步5例，无效2例。结论激素联合丙球治疗血小板减少性紫癜并采取适当的护理措施，疗效满意，值得推广。

Aim To investigate the therapeutic effect of therapeutic alliance by hormone and immunoglobulin and nursing care on idiopathic thromabocytopenic purpura. Methods Fifty-six patients with ITP were received in the peadiatrics of the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university from 2004.12 to 2006.2. The patients were taken therapeutic alliance by HCSS （5 mg·kg^-1 ）and immunoglobulin （400 mg· kg^-1 ）, and effective nursing care：mental nursing, observation of pathogenetic condition, prevention of bleeding and infection. Resules After be treaten for 4 to 5 days, the effective of increasing of blood platelet had difference, 42 patients had excellence, 7 patients had good effective, 5 patients had improvement, and 2 patients had ineffective. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of therapeutic alliance by HCSS and immunoglobulin and proper nursing care was satisfaction, and the method could be spread.
