运用选言推理在案件侦查中有利于排除案情的某些疑点,突出侦查重点,集中侦查力量,逼近侦查目标。运用选言推理要注意几个问题:分清大前提是相容还是不相容;选言推理的小前提必须是真实的;要注意选言肢是否穷尽问题。

Using disjunctive analogy in case investigation is benefit to getting rid of some questionable points, which can stress the investigation essentials, gather investigation power, and close to the investigation target. There are following points needing attention when using disjunctive analogy. One is to distinguish the major premise, whether it is inclusive or not; another is that the minor premise must be true; the last is to pay attention to the problem whether disjunct exhausts.
