随着我国保险事业的发展,以欺诈手段骗取保险赔款的各类案件不断发生并呈上升趋势。文章针对保险诈骗的新特点,从整体社会和诈骗人以及保险内部管理和法律实施方面分析了其形成的原因,并对此种犯罪的作案手段进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了相应的侦查方法及有效的防范措施及对策。

Along with the development of our country＇s insurance business, defrauding insurance indemnities take place continuously and increasingly. Aiming at the new characteristics of insurance fraud, from the whole society and the fraud, the insurance inner management and law enforcement, this article analyzes its reasons and crime means, puts forward the corresponding investigation methods and effective prevention measures and countermeasures.
