关于构建和谐校园的几点认识

和谐校园是实现学校教育各个子系统或要素全面、协调、自由、充分发展,良性互动,整体优化的教育理念。目前,在构建和谐校园过程中仍然存在办学指导思想、联系群众、经费投入等方面的许多问题。高校应完善创新激励机制和管理制度,实施人才强校战略;加强校园精神建设,积淀学校精神品牌;加强学科建设,优化学科结构,从而为构建和谐校园奠定良好的基础。

Harmonious schoolyard is the educational notion for realizing all branch systems or constituents to be in entire, coordinating, free and adequate development, benign reciprocity and overall optimization. Currently, in the course of building harmonious schoolyard, there still are many problems with guiding thought, connecting folks and outlay investment and so on. High school should improve the system of innovation and inspiration and management system, fulfill the strategy of reinforcing school with talents; accelerate the construction of schoolyard spirit, accumulate the distillation of school spirits; enhance the academic construction, optimize the academic structure, thereby settle good fundament for building harmonious schoolyard.
