摘要
我国国有企业人力资源管理存在着开发、考评、选人用人等方面的问题,解决问题的对策在于树立新的人力资源管理观念,建立、实施新的机制,完善相关法规体系,采用新的科学手段,实现依法管理。
There are some problems with the facets of exploiting,testing and assessing,choosing and using people etc in the manual resource management of our country's national enterprises, the countermeasure for resolving the problems lies in setting new manual resource management concept, establishing and fulfilling new mechanism, improving relevant statutes system, adopting new scientific methods, and realizing legal management.
