摘要
科技的发展与计算机网络的应用,使信息服务技术得到了新的发展。文章分析了高校图书馆网络信息咨询服务的几大特点,并论述了网络信息咨询服务发展的新形式。
The development of science and technology and the application of computer network, make the information service technology get a new development. The article analyzed several characteristics of network information consulting service, and discussed the new form in the development of network information consulting service.
