他汀类药物的临床应用进展

The progression of statins in the current clinical practice

他汀类药物降低低密度脂蛋白胆同醇具有高效、安全和耐受性好的特点。越来越多的大规模临床试验证实他汀类药物明显降低冠心病的发病率和心血管事件的发生，强化调脂治疗在极高危患者中的地位日益受到重视。他汀类药物不但具有出色的调脂作用，而且还有改善血管内皮功能和稳定斑块等非调脂作用。本文综述了他汀类药物目前临床应用的进展。

Statins have been shown to be safe and highly effective for decreasing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, decreasing cardiovascular events in the primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease . Many recent clinical trials have reinforced the benefits of statins with the emphasis on achieving low LDL cholesterol levels for the optimal management of patients at very high risk. Some of the cholesterol-independent effects of statins may be mediated through enhancing the stability of atherosclerotic plaques, improving endothelial function and decreasing vascular inflammation. This review summarises the progression and efficacy of statin in current clinical practice.
