打标YAG激光束的光纤耦合传输试验研究

INVESTIGATION ON COUPLING AND TRANSMITTING YAG LASER TO OPTICAL FIBER IN MARKING

本文通过分析比较，选择输入输出端面均为直圆柱平端面的阶跃多模石英光纤用于传输大功率ＹＡＧ激光进行打标；用计算设计的光耦合装置按试验总结的步骤耦合ＹＡＧ激光。

Through analysis and comparison, the multimode step index silica fiber with two cylinder flat ends is used to coupling and transmitting high power YAG laser for laser marking. It is satisfied the demand for laser marking if the designed coupling device is used and the summed up coupling steps is carried out.
