E-government System of City Planning Management

城市管理电子政务系统区别于普通的办公系统,城市建设项目规划审批不仅需要处理办公文档数据,还需参照大量的图形数据。介绍了基于W eb的工作流技术、W ebG IS体系结构,空间数据引擎技术及如何利用工作流管理系统实现办公文档数据和图形数据的一体化管理,以达到为规划决策提供辅助手段,实现科学化管理的目的。

The E-government systems of city planning and administration differ from official working systems in a general, sense. The examination and approval, of city construction projects require not only processing of official context data, but also referring to a large amount of graphic data. The paper introduces the technique of workflow based on web, and the structure of WebGIS, spatial database engine and how to realize an unified supervision to both the official context data and graphic data, using workflow mangement system（WFMS）, so as to provide complementary measures to manage decisions and realize administration scientifically.
