内江市资源环境与社会经济协调发展研究

Study on Coordinative Development of Resources-Environment and Economic-Society in Neijiang City

从可持续发展三大资本的角度对内江市资源、环境、经济基础和社会状况进行了系统分析。从自然力资本来看,发展农业生产的资源条件总体较优,但生态环境不容乐观;从经济力资本来看,具区位优势,经济和路网稠密,但经济发展和城市化水平低,产业结构落后;从社会力资本来看,具一定的教育优势,但人口基数大,教育投入低,研发能力弱。内江市面临着人口与资源环境之间的矛盾尖锐、区域优势突出与区域社会经济滞后不相协调的问题。因此,内江市要走新型工业化道路,建设生态城市,高度重视三农问题,加大教育和科技投入,强化可持续发展能力。

From the angle of three capitals of sustainable development, it gives a systemic analyze to resources ＆ environment, economic base and social condition of Neijiang. By the natural force capital, resource of Neijiang to development agriculture is of superiority in all, but its entironment not allows optimism. By the economic force capital, location of Neijiang is of superiority, and its economic and traffic net are of density, but its economic level and urbanization are lower in development, as well as industry structure is backward. By the society force capital, education of Neijiang is of superiority, but population base is large, investment in education is of lack and R＆D facuhy is of feebleness. The main problems that Neijiang is faced with, are population is of inconsistency violently with resources ＆ environment, and prominent regional superiority does not assort with backward regional society ＆ economic. Finally suggestions of policies brought forward are walking the road of new pattern industrialization and building up ecological city, attaching importance to three agriculture problem, increasing investment in education and R＆D, and strengthening sustainable developmental capability.
