透明角膜隧道切口非超声乳化白内障手术110例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨透明角膜隧道切口非超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术前房内碎核的可行性及临床效果。方法在连续4年的光明复明活动中对110例不同硬性白内障在行透明角膜隧道切口及前房内碎核,并与同期巩膜隧道切口进行对比。结果110眼白内障患者中软核完成手术时间明显缩短,II-III级软核术后第1d角膜反应极轻,轻度反应占70%,矫正视力≥0.5占50%,而巩膜隧道切口角膜反应占31.8%,矫正视力≥0.5占28.2%,硬核术后反应呈中、重度反应,而巩膜隧道切口呈轻、中度反应。术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者67眼(60.9%)随访1 ̄3个月无角膜大泡性病变发生。结论透明角膜隧道切口非超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术对II-III级核白内障具有手术时间短,视力恢复快,创伤小、操作安全。
