My Humble Opinions on Protecting the Administrative Right of Suit

在我国,保护公民的行政诉权,应做到以下几点:修改和完善现行行政诉讼法律制度,从源头上保障行政诉权的有效行使;推进司法体制改革,确保司法独立,从体制上保障诉权得以有效实现;不断提高公民的权利意识,鼓励公民利用法律武器保障自身的合法权益。

The administrative right of suit＇s moving impeded restricts the development of our country＇s administrative proceedings. Protecting the litigant＇s right of suit legally not only decides whether the administrative relative person＇s rights and interests do obtain the fuji safeguard, but relates to the existing of administrative proceedings system. This article, from analyzing the factor of restricting administration right of suit, tries to propose some suggestion to protect it.
