发问方式是侦查讯问人员依据既定的侦查讯问谋略和方法，运用语言学的规则和逻辑学的原理，向犯罪嫌疑人口头提出问题时所采用的具体方式。犯罪嫌疑人回答是否可靠真实，在很大程度上取决于侦查讯问人员的发问方式，发问得当，回答可靠性程度就高，讯问就能顺利进行。反之，则难以达到讯问的目的。
