摘要
无机物与高聚物共混,依据两者用量的多少,可使无机物或高聚物获得一些优越的性能.本文采用丙烯酸胺为单体,与硅溶胶混合后进行聚合,合成出一种吸水性树脂(PAMSG).研究其聚合条件及性能改变,结果表明:适量硅溶胶的加入可改进吸水剂的强度,成膜性及吸水性,且不损坏其耐盐性.
In this paper, the polymerization of acrylamide monomer, which is mixed with silica sol, is carried out, and then an absorbent resin is synthesized. The changes of polymerization conditions and properties are studied, the results indicate that the addition of suitable amount of silca sol can improve the strength, film forming property and water absorbability, and wouldn't damage its resistivity against salt.
