摘要
考察了催化剂、反应条件对α-蒎烯与乙酸反应合成乙酸正龙脑酯的影响.结果表明碳正离子的形成速率决定于酸的种类、浓度及强度,是副反应α-蒎烯异构化的主要因素而含硼催化剂具有稳定碳正离子的作用,增加较弱亲核试剂羟基与碳正离子发生酯化反应的机会,从而提高了乙酸正龙脑酯的收率.在自制含硼固体酸催化剂上,酯化率为49.4%.其中乙酸正龙脑酯占65%.选择性为32.5%取得了从α-蒎烯直接合成乙酸正龙脑酯的较佳结果.
The direct addition esterification of α -cpinene with acetic acid over containing-boric-solid-acid catalyst,which is in favor of formation of L-bornyl acetate was studied.With the increase of reaction temperature, acetic acid: a-pinene(male ratio),no water, the yield of isomerization decreases, esterification increases. In the optimum conditions, the conversion of α -pinene is 99.0%,the seletivity of L-bornyl acetate is 32.5%.
