摘要
用注射模CAE软件和结构分析软件对注射模内塑料流动和模具零件的变形进行了CAE分析,克服了使用单一软件分析的不完整性,使CAE分析的结果和实际的情况更吻合,为对注射模设计进行全面CAE分析提供了实用的参考方法。
A CAE analysis was made on flowing of plastics and deformation of mould components by using CAE software for injection mould and structural analysis software. The analysis results got from combined application of software conformed better to actual ones. This would provide practical references for overall CAE analysis on injection mould design.
