摘要
利用Moldflow软件对FM全新卡车内饰顶棚把手的气体辅助注射成型工艺进行了分析,应用正交试验设计的数学方法定量分析了熔体的预注射量、气体注射压力、熔体/气体延迟时间及熔体温度对成型结果的影响程度,同时还考察了单个参数对成型结果的影响趋势。
Moldflow software was used to analyze air-assisted injection molding technique for FM truck inner ceiling handle. The mathematical technique of orthogonal experimental design was applied to quantitatively analyze the influence of molten mass in terms of pre-injection shot, air injection pressure, melt/air delay time and melt temperature on the forming result. In addition, the influence of single parameter on the result of process was also reviewed.
