摘要
研究了温度对ERF表观粘度和对通过其电流大小的影响.温度对ERF表观粘度的影响,在无电场和给定电场下是完全相反的,零电场下其粘温关系符合Andrade方程,温度升高,其表观粘度变小;在给定电场下,其表观粘度随温度上升而增加.通过ERF中的电流随温度升高而加大.
This paper deals with the dependence of the temperature on the apparent viscosity and the electric current for a polymer ERF (Electrorheological Fluid). The infuences of the temperatures on the apparent viscosities under no electric field and an applied electric field are reverse. The apparent viscosity is reduced as the temperature is increased. This relation between the apparent viscosity and the temperature is in accord with Andrade's empirical equation. It is found that the apparent viscosity increases and the electric current rises with the increase of the temperature under an applied electric field.
