摘要
本文就所研制的IGBT逆变式手弧焊机主电路的选择及控制电路的设计进行了分析.为了降低成本,采用了IGBT音单管用及适用于单管的主电路;为了提高焊接性能,就焊机的动态特性及外特性控制进行了研究.
Choice of main circuit and control circuit of IGBT are welding inverter developed ale analyzed in this paper. Discrete IGBTs and main circuit adapted to the discrete IGBTsare adopted for decreasing cost. The dynamic and control charcteristic of the inverter are studied for increasing weldability.
