摘要
本文报告了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用溴甲酚绿离子缔合萃取光度法测定植物提取液中生物碱的总量.比较了五种提取方法,探讨了测定的优化条件,确定用水饱和的正丁醇溶液提取效果最佳.测得一些植物的生物碱含量约0.1-0.9%.加标回收率92%,相对标准偏差7%,结果令人满意.
In this paper,it is reported that with the existence of nonionic surfactants the total amount of alkaloid in the extract of plants is determinedby extraction-spectrophotometric method of bromocresol green ion-association.Five extracting methods are compared to explore the optimum condition,and the water-saturated n-butanol is warranted to be the best extracting agent.The content of alkaloid in the extract of several plants is about 0.1 ̄0.9%,the rate of recovery of the added satndard liquid is over 92%,relative standard deviation is about 7% (n=5),The results are satisfactory.
