摘要 采用便携式压力发生器和高精度的压力标准装置,通过联机信号转换使机载压力传感器和压力测控系统成独立系统,在不拆卸机载扭矩测量设备的情况下完成机载设备的校准,取得了令人满意的校准结果,系统的校准精度可达0.3%。 In order to calibrate the airborne torque measurement system without disassembling and assembling it, a new method is proposed to combine the hardware and software into a standard verifying unit, which calibrate the airborne equipment with the interface unit, without tearing down the airborne equipment, the proposed method could accomplish the calibration of the airborne pressure sensor and the calibration of airborne measurement system individually and dynamically. Calibration results explain the results of calibration in field are satisfactory and the accuracy of calibration system is 0.3%.
